Since our last post we have traveled through Jordan, traveled in and around the Sea of Galilee, have been to Mount Nebo, (where Moses saw the Promised Land before he died) Petra, (where Moses struck the rock) Tel Aviv, Tiberius, Mount of Beatitudes, Caesaria Philippi, Nazareth, Jordan River, Qumran, and tonight we are at the Dead Sea. Tomorrow we make our way to Jerusalem. We walked to a McDonald's a half mile from our hotel to get on the Internet!
The trip is proving to be a blessing as we experience the "land of the Bible". Yesterday, Russ was privileged to baptize some in our group in the Jordan River. We anticipate the blessings of the coming days as our tour continues into Jerusalem. Our group of 28 people has become like family as we experience the journey together.
